"Solid Ground DJs was absolutely amazing to work with for our wedding reception! We were married at the William Penn Inn in Gwynedd, Pennsylvania and had Scott McGowan as our DJ. Scott made sure everything was perfect from our first meeting with him to the last song he played for our guests that night. He MC’ed as well as DJ’ed and even got down on the dance floor with our guests to help lead some of the dancing. He had the perfect amount of interaction with the crowd while still maintaining professionalism. It can be a little overwhelming to try and tackle an entire evening’s worth of music, but the Wedding Guide we were provided with made selecting and organizing our music very manageable. Scott even went the extra step to call us the week of our wedding to go over our song selections and pronunciation of names. Scott tailored our music for cocktail hour and dinner to span the old classics into modern artists, which is exactly what we asked for. Our family has a very large age range, but all we had to do was tell Scott that we wanted a HUGE dance party and he got everyone up dancing and having a good time the second dinner was over.
